Spring Endorsements, Round 2 – Vote on 3/12!

NOTE: All candidates who were recommended for endorsement at this meeting received an endorsement via vote by the membership.

At our March Membership Meeting,  Dane Dems members will have the opportunity to vote on our second round of endorsement recommendations, listed below.   Please note the meeting will be on the second Wednesday of the month because 3/5 is Ash Wednesday.

We will also vote on a resolution that contains two proposed amendments to the WisDems Constitution. The resolution asks for two changes. One change would be to allow county party units to decide when their own officer elections take place. The other is to allow county party unit constitutional amendments to take effect immediately and create a notice and hearing right away if the Admin Committee intends to reject a county party’s constitutional amendment. Full text here.
